Raymond Vinicky

I counted Ray among my closest friends for years until my job necessitated relocation out of the Midwest.

Some of my most treasured memories with Ray were annual trips to the NASCAR race in Michigan (Ray would be in his “Intimidator” shirt with me sporting “Awesome Bill from Dawsonville”) as well going to the Indy 500 with our group.  The old gang also attended Street Machine Nationals over the years.  I fondly recall the many Saturday nights my wife and I enjoyed with Ray and his wife alone or with other couples.  We also had many costume parties (photo).  Ray was always so much fun to be around and was a genuinely good guy. 

Deepest condolences to Ray’s family – may their memories and faith provide comfort to them.
