Beloved husband to Rosa (nee Arceo); loving father to Enrique Montes De Oca, Jose Antonio (Cecilia) Montes De Oca, Ismael Montes De Oca, Monica (Adrian) Montes De Oca, Jesus J. (Kerry) Montes De Oca, Patricia (Raul Martinez) Montes De Oca and Josefina Montes De Oca. Cherished grandfather to 16. Beautiful twin brother Francisco (Guillermina) Montes De Oca and sisters Mercedes Montes De Oca and Rosario (late Miguel Aguilar Sr.) Montes De Oca. Dear uncle to many nieces and nephews.
