Betty A. Clever

Betty A. Clever (Piper) age 77 of Avoca, Wisconsin formerly of Momence, Illinois passed away on January 27, 2025.  Beloved mother to Kyle (Sarah) Clever and Tanya (Mike) King.  Beautiful grandmother to Tyler Clever, Shawn (Samatha) King, Cheyenne (Nate) Fitzsimmons; great grandmother to Everette, Oliver, Avery and Novah.  Cherished sister to Jane (Van) Schwark and Susie Crocker.  Preceded in the death by her parents Stanley and Adelaide (Lauffer) Piper and a sister Mary Lou Hagler.  Betty retired from Sears Logistics in Manteno and was a Bus Driver for Grant Park School District which she loved.

Part of Betty’s life she enjoyed living in Colorado fishing, hunting, and snowmobiling.

Betty enjoyed competing with her horses and exhibit building. She loved attending fairs to watch her kids, nieces, nephews and grandkids show.  She also enjoyed going to their events for school.
