Cenka Sandy S. Pericak (nee Perez) age 84 of Hazel Crest formerly of Flossmoor, Illinois passed away on September 25, 2016. Preceded in death by her loving husband Mijo Mike (2014). Survived by her beloved son Michael and daughter in law Kenalyn Pericak. Fond aunt to Steve, Mark (Kim), David (KrysAnna) and Jennifer. Great aunt to many.
