Cleo O. Gifford (nee Cagle) age 95 of Crown Point, Indiana formerly of Steger, Illinois passed away on April 14, 2018. Beloved wife to the late James J.B. (4-29-12). Loving mother to Nanette (John) Machay. Cherished grandmother to Darrin Machay, Melissa Machay, Johnny (Eileen) Machay, Michael Machay and Karen (James) Harden. Cleo was the last to pass, preceeding in death by 11 siblings. Dear aunt to many nieces and nephews. Cleo loved gardening with her husband sharing their harvest with family and friends, loved to crochet and her deep love for God. Cleo retired from DESA.Visitation Wednesday, April 18 from 2pm to 7pm at Steger Funeral Home, 125 E Steger Road (34th Street), Steger, IL. Funeral Service on Thursday at the funeral home at 10:30AM.
