Gryczewski, Daniel age 87 of Monee, Illinois passed away on March 4, 2017.  Loving husband of 56 years to the late Dorothy (nee Nelson) 2011.  Beloved father to Michael Moro, Susan (Ron) Kahler, Lawrence (Romelina), Diane (Thomas) Creal, James (Linda), David (Lisa), Jody (Jim Wagner) Orr, and Sharon (Ben) Pesch. Cherished grandfather and great grandfather to many.  Dear brother to Evelyn Surowiec.Daniel graduated from Mt. Carmel High School and worked for many years as a Government Contractor for Allis-Chalmers and Mi-Jack Products, Inc.  He was a Trustee for the Village of Monee for 8 years and served on the Board for the Police and Fire Commission in Monee.  He was also very active in Junior Achievement, supported the Native American Affairs, GiGi€™s Playhouse of Tinley Park, and Wildlife protection.  Above all, Daniel was a deeply devoted & loving husband, father and family man.Visitation on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 from 2 P.M. until the time of service at 7 P.M. at Monee Funeral Home, 5450 Wilson St. (at Governors Hwy.), Monee, IL 60449.
