David M. Pope age 49 longtime resident of Chicago Heights, Illinois passed away on January 24, 2021.  Loving son to Michael and Carole (nee Davis) Pope.  Beloved brother of Dena Pope.  David was a teacher, he loved his students and the students loved him.  Donations in his name can be made to Colon Cancer research.

    I have just learned to Dave’s passing, and I’m heartbroken by it. I have a very deep respect and love for him and his ability to electrify an audience when he was performing on stage back in high school. My most heartfelt condolences to the entire family. Dave is sorely, sorely missed.
