Sorry Chris and Family for your loss. Your dad was very family oriented. He use to ask the village to fill the prairie with water so all the neighborhood kids could have somewhere to enjoy the outside winter and stay out of trouble by playing hockey or ice skating…. Always remember the Great memories of Don, may he Rest In Peace

Christine, so very sorry for your loss. You had such a beautiful bond with your dad, provided for him & ensured he was well cared for to live a long, jovial life. Smiled when I read he was “an avid Chicago Cubs fan.” knew Cubbie blood ran thru our bloodlines somehow for me to be such a fan too💙💙 (considering I grew up among Sox fans) 😆I’m sorry we won’t be able to attend his service. Know you will ensure it’s a beautiful tribute to a soul well-loved & well-lived. We’ll be with you in spirit. Hoping you find peace in all the cherished memories you shared together, as he will continue to live-on in you💕 Love & hugs
