Eugene M. Pope age 82 of Sauk Village, Illinois passed away on September 12, 2015. Beloved husband to Martha (nee Hoffman); loving father to Elizabeth (late John) Fordham, Christina (John) Lange, John (Debra) Pope, Paul (Late Eckhard) Pope, late Steven Pope, late Gregory Pope, and the late Margaret Mary Pope. Cherished grandfather of 5. Dear brother to John Pope, Michael (Carol) Pope, Jimmy (late Sherry) Pope, Tom (Tutti) Pope and Joe (Susan) Pope. Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Eugene worked for 27 years as a pipefitter & welder for Sherwin Williams and served proudly in the U.S. Army.Funeral Memorial Mass at 10:00AM on Thursday, September 17at St. James Catholic Church on Torrence in Sauk Village, Illinois.
