Harry E. Datisman age 78 of Monee, Illinois passed away on July 23, 2023.  Loving husband to Virginia (nee Raddatz); beloved father to Erik (Heather) Datisman and Meri (Bard) Kuchler.  Loving grandfather to 5; great grandfather to 1.  Harry worked at Federal Signal in the I.T. Department.

Memorial Service will be held on August 12, 2023 at 11AM at the United Methodist Church of New Lenox, 339 West Haven Avenue, New Lenox, Illinois.

    We looked forward to meeting up with Harry & Ginny at our vacation spot in the fall each year. Visiting with them in the pool, dining out or just sitting on the beach under an umbrella waiting to see a dolphin. We enjoyed Harry;s sense of humor and his words of wisdom. AMI will not be the same without him. Ginny, we can’t tell you how sorry we are for your loss. We thought a lot of Harry, he was a great man. Prayers of comfort to you and your family.

    I worked with Harry for so many years , it’s hard to know he’s not around anymore. He will be missed by so many. God bless his family and may rest in peace. With the many we have lost over the years.

    Uncle Harry was a constant, always greeting me with a kind and gentle smile. His gentle demeanor and dry sence of humor a common trait amongst many if not most(all) of the Datismans will be greatly missed. I know how difficult this time is, but Harry leaves behind a legacy of love and sincerity .
