   Helen L. Monarch age 88 of Matteson, Illinois passed away peacefully on April 8, 2015. Loving mother of Cheryl (Oscar) Salaiz, Karol (David) Creech, Connie (the late James) McCarthy and Curtis (Peggy) Monarch.  Cherished grandmother of 4 and great grandmother of 4.  Fond sister of Fred (Sondra) Thomsen.   She was on the Timber Ridge seniors bowling group on Tuesdays. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude€™s Hospital or the charity of your choice.Memorial visitation Sunday, April 12, 2015 from 2 P.M. until time of service 5:00 P.M. at Steger Funeral Home, 125 E Steger Road (34^th Street), Steger, IL.
