Helena R. Wazny (nee Duszko) age 92 longtime resident of Chicago Heights, Illinois passed away with her family by her side on June 20, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Leon 2-25-2001; loving mother to the late Joseph (Amy) Wazny, Krystina (Donald) Smith, Chester (Cathy) Wazny, late Theresa Romano and Jeannie Schwartzkopf. Cherished grandmother of 13; great grandmother of 20. Dear sister to Olga Duszko. Helena worked for Borg Warner as a parts inspector and St. James Hospital in the cafeteria, she also was a member of the Polish American Ladies Auxiliary and St. Josephs Rosary Ladies Sodality.Visitation Thursday, June 23 from 2:00PM to 8:00PM at Kerr-Parzygnot Funeral Home 540 Dixie Hwy.
