James G. Zerante age 59 of St. John, Indiana passed away on August 14, 2021.  Beloved husband of Susan (Nee Griffith).  Loving father of Gena (Gage) Glista.  Cherished son of Louise Zerante – Cull and the late James Zerante.  Fond brother of George (Shauni) Zerante and Tami (Chris) Koenig.  Devoted uncle to Cara Zerante, David Koenig and Jennifer Koenig. 

Due to the current circumstances and restrictions caused by Covid-19, we ask that you please follow the state’s guidelines of wearing masks/face coverings and social distancing. On behalf of the family and the funeral home staff, we would like to thank you for your cooperation.

Visitation  Wednesday, August 18,  from 3P.M. to 8 P.M. at Kerr-Parzygnot Funeral Home 540 Dixie Hwy. (at Joe Orr Rd.), Chicago Heights, IL 60411.  Funeral service Thursday, August 19th  10 A.M. at the funeral home.  Interment: Private.   Info: (708) 754-0016.

    Dear Sue and Family. We are So sorry for your loss. Jimmy was a great husband, father, friend, brother and son to all . He will be greatly missed. Be comforted that he is no longer suffering and will be waiting for you when your time comes.     My beautiful brother I watched since the day you were born that you took on all the illnesses in our family because you did not want anyone to suffer with illness. You are my hero and grateful for the beautiful family in Sue, Gena and Gage that you left behind but will never be forgotten!
