James H. Williams age 87 longtime resident of Chicago Heights, Illinois passed away on February 20, 2014. Preceded in death by his loving wife Catherine (1993), a son Thomas E. Williams and grandson Keith J. Boyer. Survived by his beloved children Margaret Amato, Mary (Timothy) Hannig, Joellen (Robert) Rohde, Kathleen (Carl) Collina and James Williams. Cherished grandfather of 13 and great grandfather of 12. James worked as a conductor for the Illinois Central Railroad also member of the Elks Club B.P.O.E. 2254, V.F.W., past Secretary & Legislative Executive U.T.U. and served proudly in the U.S. Navy During WWII. There will be a Lodge of Sorrow Ceremony at 5PM on Sunday.Visitation Sunday, February 23, 2014 from 3PM to 8PM at Kerr-Parzygnot Funeral Home 540 Dixie Hwy.
