Judy Dehnert December 27, 1937 – May 29, 2023
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of our mother Judy Dehnert on Monday, May 29, 2023. Judy passed away peacefully surrounded by her children, after suffering a stroke the previous week.
Judy is survived by her children Mike Dehnert (Cindy), Lorri Frammartino (Vince), Cheryl Louttit (David) and Mark Dehnert (Lori). Judy’s daughter Patti and granddaughter Gaylepreceded her in death. Judy’s grandchildren, Tasha, Kristina, Lauren, Logan, Ashley, Vince, Taylor, AJ and Eli. Great grandchildren, Alyssa, Maddy, Harley, Phillip, Peyton, Brooklyn, Audriana, Hannah, Elizabeth and Lane.
Judy worked in the interior design world and was a longtime employee of Bergman’s Design before retiring. Judy grew up in Harvey, Illinois and attended Thornton High School and went to school for interior design before getting married and starting a family. She raised her family in Hazelcrest, Oak Forest and Frankfort, Illinois and last resided in Steger, Illinois.
A ‘Celebration of Life’ will be held on Saturday, August 5th at Lutheran Church of the Resurrection, 15050 Central Avenue in Oak Forest, Illinois, beginning at 10:00am with Rev. Mary Appelt-Graves, with a reception to follow.
