Katherina “Katy” M. Morrison (nee Siegmeyer) age 70 of Villa Park, Illinois passed away on September 14, 2023.  Born on October 5, 1952 to the late John and Elisabeth (nee Kuhn) Siegmeyer.  Beloved wife of 46 years to Daniel.   Loving mother to Daniel (Zareen), Robert (Adam), Andrew, Stephen (Cindy) and Joseph.   Beautiful grandmother to Bilal, Oliver, Stephen, Alexander, Elizabeth and Axel.   Dear sister to Brigitte (Dennis) Archie, Hans (Mary) Siegmeyer and Ruth (Chris) Shepard. Fond aunt to many nieces and nephews.  Katy will be missed by everyone that knew her.

Visitation and service on Tuesday, September 19th from 2PM until the time of funeral service at 7PM at Kerr-Parzygnot Funeral Home, 540 Dixie Hwy. (at Joe Orr Rd.), Chicago Heights, IL 60411. Info:  (708) 754-0016.

    Katy has always treated me as one of her sons and has been a second mother to me. She always cared for us and made sure we were taken care of. I’ll miss her visits and our trips to the casino. There is no replacement for a mothers love and she will be missed immensely.
