Kimberly Lynn McGowen-Coughlin age 46 of Crete formerly of Steger, Illinois passed away on March 5, 2017.  Beloved wife to Tim; loving daughter to Rosemarie Whittiemore and the late Ralph McGowen.  Dear sister to Dawn (Clyde) Dayhoff, Candyce (Mark) Tichgelaar, Robert  Richards and Arin (Kerri) Lemmon.    Fond aunt to Hannah & Clyde €˜Will€™ Dayhoff; Tim, Josh and Chris Tichgelaar;  Mitchell & Austin Lemmon; Tyler Coughlin and Brianne Bush.  Dear sister in law to Pat Coughlin, Kathy (Mike) Bush, and Theresa Coughlin; daughter in law to Mary Anne Coughlin.  Kim leaves behind many friends whom she considered family.  Kim volunteered at Manteno Veterans Home.  Kim worked for 10 years at Tootsie Roll Candy as a shipping supervisor and previously worked at Bimba Mfg in the office.  She also was a member and the President of the Park Forest American Legion Auxiliary Unit 1198, volunteered at carnivals that were fundraisers for disabled children and loved all animals especially her horses and her two cats Wink and Tiger.
