Lou was a former Chicago Heights Police Officer. He then moved down to the Ozarks to become a fishing guide on the White River. When his Dad got sick, he moved back up north and managed Blues Clubs. His last job was at Prairie State College where he had his accident. He fought and battled through numerous health issues from the accident.
