Louis Lugie Daviera age 89 of Crete, Illinois passed away on February 19, 2017. Beloved husband of the late Mary Dugie (nee Thomas) (2007); loving father to Louis (Deborah) Daviera, Mary Ann (Alan) Angellotti, Angelina (Joseph) Ledonne and Frank Daviera. Cherished grandfather to Alex (Malte Roling) Daviera, Gabriela & Dominick Angellotti, Jacob (Haley) Daviera, Lisa Ledonne, Gina (Alex) LaMorte, Erica Daviera and John Daviera. Great grandfather of 4. Dear brother to Michael (Marlene) Daviera. Lugie retired from Ball Glass in Dolton, also was a member of the CWV Post 1060 in Chicago Heights and served proudly in the U.S. Navy during WWII and the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War.Visitation and service on Saturday, February 25, 2017 from 10:00AM until time of service at 1:00 PM at the Crete Funeral Home,1182 Main Street, Crete, Illinois.
