Lucille A. Kester “Meme” (nee Levesque) age 95 of Crete, Illinois passed away on March 1, 2021.  Beloved wife of the late George (1993). Loving mother of Dolores (Jim) Conyers, Pat (Bob) Snyder, Bob (Carol) Kester and George (Janet) Kester.  Cherished grandmother of Tim, Ivy, Elizabeth, Bobby, Daniel and Tyler. Great grandmother of Sabrina, Santiago, Sebastian, Toby, Grady and Luella. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.  She was a member of the Eastern Star Hazel Chapter 390 and Crete United Methodist Church.

    Kester Family: there was a special bond with our families as the destination many times when we were younger and lived at Wells or visited Crete! My Dads cabin many times was your family destination! Loved my Aunt Lucille who was a very kind and caring driven Lady. Value the days she and Pat were Little and Big BEAR hunting while cloning bears. She was the most strong little lady I ever met. I value her calls and learning our roots!
