Lucio ‘Lou’ Gasparetti age 82 of Crete, Illinois passed away on March 13, 2021. Loving husband of 56 years to the late Cynthia ‘Cindy’ (nee D’Amico) 2018. Beloved father to Guy (Catherine) Gasparetti, Frank (Mary) Gasparetti, Luana (Ronald) Emery and Lucio A. Gasparetti. Devoted Nonno to Angelina, Guy Jr., Zachary, Frank Jr., Nicholas Gasparetti, and Ronald Jr., and Dominique Emery. Beautiful brother to Chiara Cioe, late Giovanna Cioe and the late Luigi Gasparetti. Cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews. Lou was the owner of Lucio’s Pizza in Peotone, Mama Lu’s in Crete and Country Mart in Crete.
