Marie C. Rudofski (nee Morehouse) age 88 of Beecher, Illinois passed away peacefully at her home on November 28, 2014. Preceded in death by her loving husband Hubert (1975). Survived by her beloved children Toni (Al) Banwart, Terry (Bill) Rodey and David Rudofski. Cherished grandmother to John (Jodi) Smallhorn Jr., Jeff (Michelle) Smallhorn, Laura Pape-Harper, Rebecca (Ken) Cheney, Mary (Ron) Harris, Lisa (Hunter) Wickland, Cheryl Rodey, and Joe (Kim) Rodey. Great grandmother of 10 and great great grandmother of 1. Marie worked as a legal secretary for the State of Illinois. Marie was a supporter of the South Suburban Animal Shelter, Northern Illinois Food Bank, the local food pantry and Morningstar Mission in Joliet. Visitation Wednesday from 2:00PM until 8:00PM at Beecher Funeral Home, 602 Dixie Highway, Beecher, Illinois. Funeral Mass at 10:00AM on Thursday at St. Liborius Catholic Church, 35th and Halsted Blvd., Steger, IL. Interment: Holy Cross Cemetery, Calumet City, Illinois. Info: (708) 946-6000.
