Marvin L. Flaig age 83 of Lynwood, Illinois passed away peacefully on July 30, 2015.  Preceded in death by his loving wife Dena (nee Alesiani) 2013; loving father to Karen (Jim) Melinauskas and Sandra (Elmer) Johnson.  Cherished grandfather to Erica and Christopher Johnson. Dear brother to the late Norman (Ann) Flaig, late Bruce Flaig, late Phyllis Dau, late Howard Flaig, late Boyd Flaig, late Merle Flaig and Donald Flaig.  Fond uncle and great uncle to many.  Marvin worked for 43 years as a painter for the Ford Motor Stamping in Chicago Heights and serviced proudly in the U.S. Army.  Donations can be made in his name to Shepard€™s Chapel, P.O.
