MaryAnn Sikorski (nee Gavel) born on June 2, 1934,age 86 of Steger formerly of Chicago Heights, Illinois passed away on January 22, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Raymond (2013). Loving sister to the late Walter (Audrey) Gavel and late John (Joanne) Gavel. Beautiful aunt and great-aunt to many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents Stanley and Mary (nee Skalski) Gavel. MaryAnn was a member of the former St. Joseph Church in Chicago Heights, former Polish American Club, St. Joseph Lady’s Rosary Sodality and of St. Liborius Church. MaryAnn was a homemaker, loved to take long walks everywhere, go to craft shows, go to fairs to watch the horses, gardening, and enjoyed going out for pizza and ice cream. Her passion was spending time with family and friends.
