Michael E. Brown age 69 of Richton Park, Illinois passed away peacefully at his home on September 4, 2018. Preceded in death by his parents Charles and Agnes (Dempsey) Brown. Loving husband to Mary (nee Peterson); beloved father to Michael Dempsey (Deborah) Brown and Peter James Brown. Cherished grandfather to Colleen (Jordan Nichols) Fox. Beautiful brother to Kathy Bush, Patricia (Paul) Koller, Tom Brown, Barb (Jack) Providence, Bob (Linda) Brown and Mary (Jim) Dyckman. Dear uncle and great uncle to many nieces and nephews. Michael served for 20 years as Trustee of Richton Park, 1st male President of the League of Women Voters for the Park Forest Area, member of Board of Directors for Governors State University Alumni Council, reader for Men Who Read for Matteson School District #162 and active in the Village of Richton Park.
