Obituary
Paul J. Lukacek, Jr. age 78 longtime resident of Chicago Heights, Illinois passed away surrounded by his loving family on December 22, 2020. Beloved husband of 50 years to Patricia (nee Bogacz) were married at St. Joseph Church on August 29, 1970. Loving father to Tricia (Mark) Cymerman, Christine (Paul) Buddell and Pamela (Brittany) Ford. Cherished grandfather to Carlee & Luka Buddell, Jenna Martin, Brook Sajda, step grandsons Marcus & Adam Cymerman. Dear brother to Pauline Rybicki, Tony Lukacek, Vicki (late Wayne) Wallace, Helen Marie Lukacek and the late Rosemarie Ortyl. Paul graduated from Whiting High School, served proudly in the U.S. Marine Corp., as a Corporal E-4 from 1960 to 1964, Commander at Catholic Ware Veteran Post 1060 and on the Golf League, Communion Minister at St. John the Baptist Church in Harvey, member of the VFW and volunteered for Meals On Wheels. In lieu of flowers please make donation to either South Suburban PADS or Parkinson’s Foundation.
