Richard J. Rogers age 82 of Crete, Illinois passed away on September 11, 2013. Preceded in death by a loving wife Rita (nee Palon) 2006. Survived by his beloved brother Donald Rogers and sister in law Evelyn Palon. Richard served proudly in the U.S. Army.
