Rosemarie “Tammy” Slavik (nee Tambrini) age 71 longtime resident of Chicago Heights, Illinois passed away surrounded by her loving family on November 27, 2019. Loving wife to Albert; beloved mother to Charise (Dave) Langston, Michele (Dave) Bishop, Allison (Will) Koehler, Albert Slavik Jr. and the late Angel Slavik. Cherished grandmother to 9. Beautiful sister to Deanna Tambrini, Ray Tambrini and the late Alex Tambrini; dear aunt to Crystal Wilson and many other nieces and nephews. Tammy retired from K-Mart in Steger, Illinois.

Aunt Rosemarie, you were one in a million. You had the biggest heart and the best laugh and I will miss you every day. The best Aunt ever! I cherish each and every one of our memories together and will miss being able to call you about anything and everything. I guess Papa, Grandma, Uncle Alex, and Angel wanted you to be with them for Thanksgiving. I will always take care of your baby sister like I promised. XOXO
