Father to Santina (Harry) Edgerton and Patrick (Stephanie) Hampton. Grandfather of 2. Brother to Patty (Richard) Rodriquez and Toni (late Tom) DeMase. Russel had 32 years of service in the Police Force, 26 years as a Chief of Police for the Village of Monee.Visitation on Thursday, February 18 from 2P.M. to 8P.M. at Monee Funeral Home 5450 Wilson St. (at Governors Hwy.), Monee, IL 60449.
