Sandra L. Summers (nee Hoevker) age 72 of Ishpeming, Michigan formerly longtime resident of Steger, Illinois passed away on June 6, 2015.  Loving wife of the late Ted (1991); beloved mother to Mark (Kim) Hoevker, John (Pam) Summers, Sherri (Doug) Green, Kim (Gil) Kemp, Kathy (Brian) Norvil, David (Betty) Summers and Candra (Tony) Dipert.  Cherished grandmother of 26; great grandmother of 17.  Dear sister to Walt Hoevker, late Marie Willett, late Mary Guziejka, late Shirley Womack, late Dottie Hoevker, and late Larry Hoevker.  Preceded in death by her parents Walter and Mabel (nee Snell) Hoevker.  Sandra worked for  School District #194 as a janitor and worked for 5 years at the Salvation Army in Michigan.Visitation Wednesday, June 10 from 2pm until the time of service at 7:30pm at Steger Funeral Home, 125 E Steger Road (34^th Street), Steger, IL.  Interment:  Private.  Info. call (708) 755-3400.  Stegerfuneralhome.net
