Sylvia J. Neitzel (Nee Andersen) age 87 of Crete, Illinois passed away on October 8, 2019. Beloved wife of the late Edward (June 2019); Beloved mother of Charles ‘Chuck’ (Diane) Neitzel, George (Melissa) Neitzel and the late Terence Neitzel. Cherished grandmother of 5; great grandmother of 2. Beautiful sister of Patricia Williams, Judith (Gene) Taylor, Bruce (Claudette) Andersen and Janet Furnish. Fond aunt of numerous nieces and nephews. She worked as an Administrative Assistant for the Crete Monee High School. Lying in state on Saturday October 12, 2019 from 9:00 A.M. until the time of service at 10:00 A.M. at Zion Lutheran Church at 1610 Main Street, Crete, Illinois.
