Sylvia M. Fontana (Nee Yracheta)  age 84 of Frankfort, Illinois passed away on March 27, 2022.  Beloved  wife of Albert and Daughter of the late Jessie and Lottie (Nee Duran) Yracheta.  Loving mother of Veronica (Tom) Musgrave, Suzanne Fontana, Yvette (Mike) Cernik, Albert Fontana, Miles Fontana, Roxann (Shane) Hondrombilas, Silvio Fontana, Marie (Joe) Maggio, the late Dennis Fontana and the late Daniel Fontana.  Cherished grandmother of Daniel (Jill) Fontana, Angelina Moreno, Theresa (Bob) Tribble, Shane Hondrombilas, Andrew Musgrave, Jessica (Mike) Molina, Roland Moreno, Francesca Fontana, Christian Kennedy, Daniella Fontana, the late Jennifer Hondrombilas, the late Dahlia Fontana and the late Sophia Maggio.  Grerat Grandmother of Ann Fontana, Bruce Tribble and Archer Tribble. Fond sister of Bernadette Yracheta, the late Manuel Yracheta and the late Lorraine Yracheta. 

Visitation Thursday, March 31, 2022   from 2:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Monee Funeral Home, 5450 Wilson (at Governors Highway), Monee, Illinois.  Funeral  Friday leaving the funeral home at 9:15 A.M. going to St. Boniface Catholic Church, Monee, Illinois for a 10:00 A.M.
