Thomas Demith age 76 of Grant Park, Illinois formerly of Chicago Heights, Illinois passed away on June 6, 2014. Tom retired from Columbia Tool, the Chicago Heights Park District, a member of the Polish American Club and avid golf player. Survived by his loving wife Barbara (nee Tarquino); beloved sons Tom and Jeffrey; cherished grandfather to Spencer and Kailyn. Dear brother to Dorothy, Loretta, Jean, MaryAnn, Mickey and the deceased Jerry, Eugene and Sparky. Uncle to many nieces and nephews.
