Tomasa P. Rivera (nee Pena) age 86 longtime resident of Chicago Heights, Illinois passed away on April 18, 2017. Loving wife of the late Cudberto Rivera Sr. (1993). Beloved mother to Martha Mokate, Cudberto Jr. (Lydia Mae) Rivera, Lydia (John) Salazar, Marcello (Tammy) Rivera and Maria (Daniel) Deane. Cherished grandmother to John Mokate, Joanna Mokate, Jason Metz, Jake Metz, Briana Rivera, Michael Salazar, Victoria Salazar, Danny Deane and Isabelle Deane. Dear sister to Ricardo (Angelita) Pena, Frances (Pilar) Garza and Martha (late Roberto) Rosales.
