I’m certain Uncle Roy’s arms around my dear Aunt Annie, my mom is waiting to greet her, and my dad is waiting to argue with her. I pray that thought comforts you as much as it does me.

My deepest sympathy to the family of Annie Walters. She was loved by the many members of St. John’s Church in Matteson where she worshiped. Rest in peace Annie.

I could never impart with you the deep sadness I am feeling over Annie’s passing. It brought back the fondest memories of my life that she played no small part in. Annie and my mother Impy worked together at the Alcazar many years ago. It was hard to call it work given the fun and laughter they shared. Each and every summer Roy and Annie would meet up with my parents and our family at Sun Valley in crete for fun in the sun pools and parties in the club house. My brothers and I were always overwhelmed with happiness when Annie and Roy agreed to join us for a cookout in the picnic area. I shall never forget her kindness and magnificent spirit. Oh how she did grace my life!
