Karon Heft Age: 83, longtime resident of Chicago Heights, passed away on August 23, 2026. Loving sister of Otto (Sharon) Heft II, the late Richard Heft and the late Joan Heft.  Dear aunt of Kara Heft.  She leaves behind many wonderful friends.

Visitation will be on Monday, August 31, 2026 from 10:00 A.M. until time of service at 11:00 A.M.  at Kerr-Parzygnot Funeral Home 540 Dixie Hwy. (at Joe Orr Road), Chicago Heights, IL 60411. Burial to follow at St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery. Flossmoor, IL.  Info: 708-754-0016

    I had the pleasure of knowing Karon from Sunrise as the bus diver she has a very sweet person always so kind with a smile ready to ride the bus just about anywhere. She will be missed and her spirit will live on.
